During the last rush to finish classes, write papers and study for exams, it is easy to forget what happened way back in September. Here are a few of the News section’s most important events from the 2008-2009 school year (in no specific order).

The USF administration and the adjunct faculty union are currently in negotiation talks to work out the details of a new contract. The adjunct faculty would like a career ladder developed, that would provide promotional incentives, and they would like a salary increase, in addition to an extension of health care benefits.
